The standard width of the curtain panel is 54” [137 cm] and each standard curtain panel has 9 x 2 ties on 9 places along the panel width.
The length is for the curtain panel without ties, actual length for a curtain on rod with tied ties is around 2" [5 cm] longer.
The ties are 1” [2.5cm] wide and 13.4” [34 cm] high.
